Fish and Chips

Tested my resolve today - drove my sister to the Chippy in Haverfordwest to get fish and chips for tea - for them, not me, obviously.
Even sat in the chippy whilst they cooked a new batch of chips. Drove back to the cottage and sat with them, drinking tea, and didn't even nick a chip!
Very proud of myself!

Here I am on my holidays - with mum and friend - sis is behind the camera. Getting some fresh air walking along the beach at Newgale - happy days!

Holiday

Going on holiday with mum, sister and mum's friend - bit of a girly week away in Pembrokeshire.
Hope I can keep up my diet - we're self catering, so it shouldn't be too difficult, and mum and sis are very supportive.
